How will you finance 4V?

The £3.5bn question.
That's how much funding is available through the UK government's Private Rented Sector ( PRS) Guarantee scheme - to fund new ‘build to rent’ homes over the coming years.
Our discussions with the administrators of the scheme indicate that our ethical model will be perfectly suited to obtain funding from this, which comes within our 3% return limit and with a 30 year duration.
So we’ll be aiming to obtain some of that funding to move us forward to deliver genuinely affordable homes with secure and long term tenancies.
And we’ll also be raising a mixture of loans and equity finance from ethical banks and philanthropic financiers - many of whom are already very active.
Loans ideally on a long term basis: Equity finance on a minimum 5 year basis with guaranteed returns of 3% based on our financial and operating model.
