What examples can you give of rent levels?

Take some of the ‘buy to let’ hotspots where we could make a real difference with our approach.

The table to the right gives some real examples of what the market rent would be, and what 35% of the average local income would be for up to 35% of tenants for a 3 Bed, 4Vie property.

The difference  in affordability is more pronounced in some places than others, but overall produces a more genuinely affordable and secure form of renting for everyone.
